These must be comprehensive and include all aspects of a staff member’s accomplishments, things to work on and any written incident reports. Whether it’s a reprimand or a commendation, these reports are added to an employee's permanent HR file and must be written in a precise and succinct manner due to the repercussions that can stem from an incident.
